These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Staz (“Staz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our cloud backup platform, software, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • “Service” refers to the Staz platform, backup software, storage systems, and related features provided by Staz.

  • “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

  • “Content” refers to any data, files, text, images, software, or materials uploaded or stored using the Service.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or the legal age required in your jurisdiction.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, users may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Notify Staz immediately if unauthorized access to your account occurs.

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You must not:

  • Upload or distribute malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts.

  • Interfere with the performance or security of the platform.

  • Use the Service for illegal activities or to store unlawful content.

Staz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Data Backup & Storage

Staz provides automated backup and cloud storage services designed to help users protect their data.

While we strive to maintain reliable infrastructure and storage systems, Staz does not guarantee that data loss will never occur.

Users are responsible for ensuring that important data is properly backed up and maintained according to their needs.

6. Subscription & Payments

Some features of the Service may require paid subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • Pricing and billing cycles will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

  • Subscription fees may be charged on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Staz reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription plans at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Staz platform, including but not limited to:

  • software

  • interface design

  • graphics

  • branding

  • trademarks

  • documentation

is owned by Staz or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the Service without written permission.

8. User Content

Users retain ownership of the data and files they upload or store using the Service.

However, by using the Service you grant Staz a limited license to:

  • store

  • process

  • transmit

  • and manage your data

solely for the purpose of providing backup, storage, and restoration functionality.

Staz does not claim ownership of user data.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party infrastructure providers, hosting services, or payment processors.

Staz is not responsible for the practices, policies, or availability of third-party services.

10. Service Availability

Staz aims to maintain reliable service performance, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be:

  • uninterrupted

  • error-free

  • completely secure

  • available at all times

Maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or external factors may cause temporary disruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staz shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

  • data loss

  • service interruptions

  • business interruption

  • loss of profits

  • indirect or consequential damages

arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

12. Termination

Staz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

  • these Terms are violated

  • unlawful activity is detected

  • misuse of the platform occurs

Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting support or through account settings.

13. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by the Staz Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

14. Changes to the Terms

Staz may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made:

  • the effective date will be updated

  • continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Staz operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
